Pauk is the pseudonym of Pau Cabruja, a Barcelona electronic musician, a fan of classical IDM, leaning towards breakcore and shades of dubstep, mixing tunes with intricate, fast breaks. In 2008, Pauk released a debut album, INSEKT [DIS03] on the Discontinu Records label. This was followed in 2011 by Snails'n'dragons, on the Californian label Enpeg. That same year, the artist present Pauk Remixed [DIS010], featuring guest appearances by such friends as AZ Rotator, Cauto, Edison, Senmove, etc. In 2012, Pauk released a limited edition album on vinyl and contributed the track Pauk Remixed to Unsuspected Sounds, an anthology compiled by Chris Randall, head of Analog Industries. Live, this versatile artist serves up a powerful show guaranteed to impress audiences.
