Juan Gómez “Chicuelo” is one of the most outstanding guitarists on the flamenco scene and amongst the most prolific and interesting composers of recent generations. Chicuelo has accompanied many the leading artists in the genre, as well as producing work by Duquende, Ginesa Ortega and Miguel Poveda, amongst others. He has released two solo albums, Cómplices and Diapasión, demonstrating his artistic contribution to flamenco guitar. Another important landmark in his career is his performance on the soundtrack of the multi-award-winning film Blancanieves (Snow White).
