Synopsis

Fuenteovejuna. Breve tratado sobre las ovejas domésticas A contemporary playwright gives a modern reading of the work. Lope de Vega’s verse is mixed with texts by Anna Maria Ricart. A reworking of the classical play that goes out in the street, taking theatre to the people. is the story of the famous village whose people, tired of the atrocities committed by the local commander, united to fight and kill him. Whilst the action takes place, the actors talk about what is happening and give their opinion.
