A Catalan showcase of animated short films at Cinanima in Portugal

The 38th edition of Cinanima, the animated film festival, to be held from 9th to 15th November in Espinho, Portugal, is presenting a Catalan showcase with the screening of 20 short films. It has also organized a photographic exhibition to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the premiere of the Catalan animated cartoon film Garbancito de la Mancha, the first one in colour in Europe.

Catalan Window at the London Spanish Film Festival

The London Spanish Film Festival celebrates the 7th edition of the Catalan Window from 24 to 30 September, featuring three films from Catalonia, with the support of the Institut Ramon Llull and Catalan Films. Love of Lesbian to play in Mexico

The group Love of Lesbian will be doing a gig on 26th September in the Lunario of the National Auditorium in Mexico City thanks to the huge repercussions of their performance at Vive Latino, the Festival Iberoamericano de Cultura Musical 2013, an activity that is part of the project Catalan Sounds Pop on Tour 2013. The committee positively values the activity and agrees to support the application presented.
