Marina Garcés

Marina Garcés (Barcelona, 1973) is a philosopher, activist, teacher and author of several books including New Radical Enlightenment (which received the City of Barcelona Essay Prize). She is a lecturer at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) and is engaged in collective educational, cultural and social experimentation projects. She is also a leading member of the critical thinking group Espai en Blanc. Her work has been translated into ten languages.
