You must contact us through this form and select the option Digital Certificate / idCAT Mòbil / accreditation. The maximum response time will be two working days. - If I started a procedure in 2025 or earlier and need to attach documentation, can I use my valid accreditation?
In these cases, yes, since the procedures were started in accordance with regulations that allowed it. For procedures started in 2026, however, accreditation (username/password) will no longer be accepted.
