A first-person epistolary album that is a perfect fit to get carried away by an inspiring real story that shows the absurdity of wars. On the 25th of December 1914, Christmas Day, during the First World War, a ceasefire is declared. During some hours, soldiers of both sides share snacks, talk, exchange gifts, and play a football match. An anecdote in the middle of the horror that still moves us a century later. Beautifully illustrated with ink and watercolour, the portrayed characters and scenes are drawn in a classic style that transport the reader to the time of the story.
