Roser Ros is an experienced storyteller, and particularly with musical verse, nursery rhymes and folklore. In this book she poetically describes the boys and girls who live on different floors of the same apartment building and the experiences they share in the various common spaces such as the landings and the upper terrace.
The poems have the flavour of folk tales and the sound of certain singsong verses all stitched together with the use of onomatopoeia, word plays, songs and rhymes, among other elements.
