Marta Segarra

Marta Segarra (Barcelona, 1963) is the research director of the Laboratoire d’Études de Genre et de Sexualité at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), in Paris, and professor of gender studies and French literature at the Universitat de Barcelona. Among her publications are The World We Need (with Donna Haraway, 2019) and Theory of Holey Bodies (2014). She was curator of the exhibition Choreographies of Gender at the CCCB in 2019, for which she won the Catalan Art Critics’ Association Prize.
