How to submit documents to justify grant requirements

Beneficiaries residing in Spain that have a digital certificate or idCat Mobile

If you wish to provide supporting documents (invoices, supporting Excel document, etc.) via the Virtual Office, you must use the following link

Digital Certificate.

The system will sign each document submitted. Check the Guide to Submitting Supporting Documents by Electronic Means for more information.

Beneficiaries residing in Spain that do not have a digital certificate no idCat Mobile

You must submit the supporting documents at a registry office or according to article 38.4, Law No. 30/1992 of November 26, 1992 on General Government and the Common Administrative Procedure.

Beneficiaries residing abroad

If you wish to provide supporting documents (invoices, supporting Excel document, etc.) via the Virtual Office, you must use the following link Accreditation (username / password)

To submit supporing documentarion in paper, you will have to address it to a Register Office (IRL sites or according to artícle 38.4, of Law 30/ 1992, de 26 de noviembre
