Juseon Moon is a literary translator and editor specializing in children's and young adult literature. She studied Spanish and English Literature at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in South Korea and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Children's Literature and Reading Promotion at the University of Castilla–La Mancha, Spain.

She translates from Spanish and Catalan into Korean and has translated around seventy books originally written in these two languages, including picture books, children's and young adult literature, and graphic novels. Her Catalan translations include De quan l'avi va desaparèixer, Els pòstits del senyor Nohisoc, Quanta gent es necessita?, Mercats. Un món per descobrir, Superherois de cada dia, and Aiguagim.

She has a particular interest in Catalan literature and picture books, especially in the way text and image work together to create meaning and narrative rhythm. She sees literary translation as a creative dialogue between languages, cultures, and readers.

For more than twenty-five years, she has worked in children's publishing. She is currently Chief Editor at the Korean publishing house Bombyeott, where she leads editorial projects in both the domestic and international markets. She also actively participates in international publishing exchange initiatives and served on the organizing team of the Korea–Mexico Picture Book Translation Contest, jointly organized by IBBY Korea and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Mexico. In 2024, she participated in the Guadalajara International Book Fair Fellowship, followed by the Llull Fellowship in 2025, further strengthening her collaboration with Catalan publishers and literary translators. She continues to introduce Catalan literature to Korean readers through both translation and publishing.
