The Institut Ramon Llull Certificates permit students to accredit their level of knowledge of the Catalan language and are recognised by both academic institutions and businesses (public administration, companies, institutions). The exam system is organised on a scale of five levels, in line with that established by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages

The registration process is carried out in two steps via the  virtual office

  • Pre-registration period open at all exam locations.
  • Finalisation of the registration with the payment of the exam fees or confirmation in the case of locations where no fees are charged.
The Institut Ramon Llull reserves the right to cancel an exam if there are not at least three people pre-registered for a level in a given location. If an exam is cancelled, the Institut Ramon Llull shall inform the people affected, who will be able to take the exam in another location and pay the corresponding exam fee.

The results are available at the  virtual office on the date established in the resolution. People who obtain a passing result will be able to download the corresponding diploma.
