Submitting documents

To submit any type of document to a file through the Virtual Office, you must go to my folder, identify yourself, and attach the relevant documents. The system will sign each document you submit. 

For procedures initiated in 2026, identification and processing on the Institut Ramon Llull virtual office must be done using a Digital Certificate, idCat Mòbil, or Cl@ve.

  • For possible incidents or errors: Contact through this form and select the option Digital Certificate / idCAT Mòbil / accreditation. The inquiry will be answered within a maximum of two business days. 

To submit documentation relating to files opened before 01/01/2026, accreditation (username-password) remains valid until the closure of the file, in accordance with the regulatory bases of the procedure. 

IN PERSON

If you are a natural person, to submit documentation in paper form, you may go to: post offices, registry offices, and Spanish consular offices abroad (Art. 16, Law 39/2015).
