Pere Ginard (Mallorca, 1974) studied Fine Arts at the University of Barcelona and Illustration at the Massana school. He is an illustrator, filmmaker and co-founder of the studio Laboratorium. He has been awarded several prizes, such as the Injuve 2000, the Children’s Picture Book City of Alicante Prize and the Junceda Illustration Children’s and YA Prize. His work has been featured at the Bologna Children's Books Fair, the Itabashi Art Museum in Tokyo and the Nami Concours in Korea.
