Cambridge University Catalan Society Foundational Dinner

The Cambridge University Catalan Society (CUCat) will celebrate its recent foundation with a dinner on Sunday, 25 February at 7pm for 7:30pm at the Old SCR, Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge.




The dinner will take place at 7:30pm at the Old SCR, Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge. However, you are welcome to join the Society's committee from 7pm at the College's bar, which is located in the same building.

The dress code for this occasion will be cocktail attire.

The dinner will count with the presence of Professor Arcadi Navarro, secretary of Universities and Reserach of the Government of Catalonia, as well as research Professor of ICREA (Catalan Institution for Research and Advanced Studies), who will address us some words about reserach in Catalonia.

To confirm your attendance, you will need to purchase a ticket- £45 per person- by making a payment into the Society's account (Cambridge University Catalan Society, Sort code: 20-17-20, Account No.: 93392937), specifying your name and number of tickets before February 11th.

In addition, if you have any dietary requirements, do let CUCat know by February 11th.

The Society's aim is to promote interest in the culture, language, history, and scientific landscape of the Catalan speaking territories (Catalonia, Valencia, the Balearic Islands, the east of Aragon, Northern Catalonia located in southern France, the city of Alghero located in Sardinia, and Andorra).
