The group Che Sudaka, formed in 2002 in the streets of Barcelona, will once again be touring Central Europe this year. Between 25th January and 17th March the band will be doing almost 30 gigs, in Germany especially, but also in Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands and Denmark.

Che Sudaka are celebrating their 15 years in music with a disc featuring 15 tracks. Their new album Ànimals rebels, released in November 2017, has three new songs and twelve rereleased tracks. It is notable for the large number of people they have worked with, such as Manu Chao on La risa bonita, Amparo Sánchez on Todo vuelve and Yacine Belahcene on Amores / trenecillos.

The title they have chosen is, in the band’s words, a “greeting to all the souls who rebel against feelings of powerlessness despite the crazy society we live in today, continuing to believe and feel that we are all, in the final analysis, a being!”

Che Sudaka was formed in 2002 in the city of Barcelona and nowadays it is regarded as one of the international giants of fusion music. Formed by two Argentine brothers and two Colombian friends, who had previously experienced the harsh life of the undocumented immigrant at first hand, the group is about to reach the total of 1,500 gigs in more than 40 countries. Its music has roots as diverse as South-American folklore or legendary groups such as The Clash, Mano Negra and Los Fabulosos Cadillacs.

Their energetic stage performances are the hallmark of Che Sudaka, considered one of the most important international names in fusion music
