'Boom!' Is an iconic show by the trio The Chapertons – Carles Torrano, Ernest Tarradas and Jordi Bardavio – who have been performing it since 1992. In fact, their first performance was with this show, at the International Clown Festival in Cornellà, and they have performed it more than a thousand times in the last 25 years.

From 16th to 18th November, the trio are giving three shows in Germany. On the 16th, at the Sauerland Theatre in Arnsberg; on the 17th, at the Theater im Forum Alte Werft in Papenburg; and on the 18th, in the context of the Folks und Fools festival in Montabaur.

The combination of modern comedy with classic clowning typical of The Chapertons has taken them to more than 18 countries, including Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, Denmark, Canada, Japan, Singapore and Tunisia. During the Catalan artists’ career they have also won many prizes, for example first prize for Best Visual Comedy at Böblingen, Germany, in 2000 with Boom!
