Synopsis
Ignasi M., a prestigious museologist, is going through a terrible time but he is able to talk about it in a wildly funny way.
In the boom years everything went wonderfully well for him, but his business collapsed because of the crisis. He tried to save it by mortgaging his house and, hounded by the banks, he is about to lose it. He is gay, HIV-positive, and he is taking part in a clinical trial programme, while he tries to get through the bad times and rebuild his everyday life, enjoying every minute of his life. His father has attempted suicide and has been put in a home. His ex-wife is in a wheelchair and has discovered that she is a lesbian. His two sons moved to London when they were very young to be squatters; there the older one has became a top visual effects designer and the younger one a highly prestigious photographer, although he has been converted to evangelicalism ... a complex family united by love and creativity.
A lesson in bravery, sincerity and humour that shows his ability to overcome, positively and with hope, these and many other adversities, no matter how cruel they may seem. It is a biting, critical look at the misfortunes that are afflicting our society.
