Some consider Mishima the Holy Spirit. After the consecration of the Father (Antònia Font) and the Son (Manel), Mishima were destined to complete the Holy Trinity of new Catalan pop. Their success is no less deserved for being inevitable, for it would be impossible to name a band that has grown more in recent years. This rich, flourishing period, which began with the release of Ordre i aventura (2010), now culminates in the presentation of a splendid new album, L’amor feliç (TRIS Warner, 2012).
However, the stage is the natural habitat of Davi Carabén, Marc Lloret, Dani Vega, Xavi Caparrós and Alfons Serra, and it is when they play live that we can really appreciate their extraordinary state of grace.
