Lucas Riera

Lucas Riera (Barcelona, 1959) is a writer, editor and teacher who specializes in topics related to nature and history. In 2020, Extinct. An Illustrated Exploration of Animals that Have Disappeared (Phaidon) won him the French Felipe prize for ecological children's books. His book Evolved has been shortlisted at the AOI’s World Illustration Awards.
