"A sorely needed book about body liberation that encourages the reader to rethink their relationship with their body, from a place of acceptance and self-love"

A book for young people about their relationship with their bodies. The protagonist wants to change so that she can look good on the beach, by following the steps of eating less and exercising. But in the process, she discovers a more liberating solution. The book offers advice to help readers feel comfortable in their bodies and fight societal pressure to fit in with beauty standards. It deals with themes like fatphobia, diet culture and eating disorders in an entertaining way, with a humorous perspective.
