Performing.  Germany, 13/07/2017

The PuntMoc trio return to Germany with their show ‘GAGSonTRIX’, directed by Rakel Ezpelta, from 13 to 16 July. The company already has five works, all of their own creation and based on physical theatre and clowning.

The 20th Scheune Scheune Schaubuden Sommer is held from 6 to 16 July in the city of Dresden, Germany. Every evening from 7 o’clock there are between twelve and fifteen works and the festival has a number of surprises prepared from midnight, which will be followed by concerts.

PuntMoc, formed in 2001, is a physical theatre and clowning company whose members are the three Boada brothers: Hèctor, Juli and Guillem. Their artistic and ‘clownic’ expression emerges from an exploration of movement and whatever we human beings hide within us. The trio already have five shows, all of their own creation and production, for both theatres and the street.

To the Scheune Schaubuden Sommer Festival they are taking ‘GAGSonTRIX’. The show, created in 2012 and directed by Rakel Ezpeleta, lasts one hour, during which we can see the performers’ tireless movement, accompanied by a good dose of humour and a very close relation with the audience. They have taken the work to many theatres and festivals at home and performed it at the Chuncheon Mime Festival in South Korea and at MimOff in France, where they won third prize for the best show. In 2013 it won the prize for the best show, best actor and audience prize at the Barcelona Theatre Exhibition.

Without using words, the Boada brothers transport the audience wherever they wish to go and transform themselves into an infinite number of characters who take imagination to the limit.

PuntMoc presented ‘GAGSonTRIX’ for the first time in Germany in 2016, as guests of the Herbst-WinFest festival in Radebeul, where they won the Prize for Best Show by popular vote.
