Clara Luna at the Buenos Aires International Jazz Festival

Music.  Buenos Aires, 22/11/2014

The Catalan singer Clara Luna will be in Argentina on 22nd November to take part in one of the most important musical events in the capital. Every year the Buenos Aires International Jazz Festival features the finest local and international artists and this year Luna is to give a free concert there at 4 p.m. as part of the programme “Jazz en la Usina”. The performance is in collaboration with the Institut Ramon Llull, which gives support to Catalan artists travelling abroad.

Clara Luna (1980) began her career as a classical pianist at the Conservatori Superior de Música in Barcelona, but she later turned to jazz, which allowed her to discover another instrument: her own voice. A ten-year career in music has led to a recent project, her most personal one, which shows us who she is, how she thinks and what moves her, and which she will now be presenting in Buenos Aires.

From 19th to 24th November
