Las Migas at Olé San Antonio Festival

Music.  San Antonio, 29/06/2018

Canciones is a free concert series dedicated to Texas music from a South Texas sensibility. During Olé, San Antonio, visiting artists from Spain will showcase their music alongside our South Texas favorites. Las Migas is an all female Barcelona-based quartet comprised of lba Carmona, Marta Robles, Alicia Grillo, and Roser Loscos. Described by critics as “music for the soul,” they create a beautiful, euphoric, and emotional experience for listeners. Azul Barrientos will open this edition of Canciones at Pearl. Azul, a native of Mexico City and a resident of San Antonio, takes pride in her Latina roots. Her performances pay homage to musical influences of Spain, Africa, and the Americas.
