LA OLA – Independent Films from Spain offers a curated selection of critically acclaimed films, selected and awarded at the most remarkable international film festivals, which now have an opportunity to reach new audiences. The showcase celebrates its 4th edition, creating a bridge between Spain and the Americas. LA OLA has provided Los Angeles and New York with a window into the most innovative Spanish cinema, and in 2018 the film showcase hits Mexico City thanks to a collaboration with the prestigious Cineteca Nacional de Mexico
