Talk by Matthew Tree: "Catalonia and how it got that way"

The Cambridge University Catalan Society will host a talk by Matthew Tree, English writer resident in Catalonia, on May 15 at 4:30pm at the Bowett Room at Queen's College in Cambridge. The talk will be followed by the announcement of the winners of the Floral Games, and an informal dinner at the Mill.




Matthew Tree (London, 1958), writer and journalist in Catalan language, will share his views on the current Catalan political situation on May 15th, at 16.30. He has been living in Catalonia since 1980, and has been a prolific writer in Catalan language from the early 90s. Furthermore, he currently collaborates with several media, including Catalonia Today or El PuntAvui. On occasion, he has also contributed with The Guardian. 

His talk will be followed by the announcement of the winners of the Floral Games, and an informal dinner at the Mill.
