Ix!, a hard-rocking band with a powerful stage act built around their catchy pop melodies, made their recording debut in 2008 with the album Autòmatinfinit and their first single, Ràdio. Acclaimed in the media, the band embarked on a long tour that placed them on the Catalan music map. Ix! then set up their own label, Gat Records, releasing their sophomore album in early-2010, L'ingenu és lliure, Ràdio 4’s Catalan Record of the Year. In 2012, they released their third LP, Immersió, featuring a new, more direct, daring style.
