Catalan and Balearic street art companies Companyia de Circ "eia", Joan Català, Amer i Àfrica, Señor Stets, Makam, and La Mecànica & Los Rabinovich will be performing in this year's Out There Festival from 14-16 September 2018 in Great Yarmouth. The Catalan and Balearic performances have been made possible with the support of Institut Ramon Llull.

10th Catalan Window at the London Spanish Film Festival

The 14th edition of the London Spanish Film Festival will showcase its 10th Catalan Window this year with the support of Institut Ramon Llull. The Festival runs from Wednesday, 26 September until Sunday, 30 September 2018 and will be showcased at Ciné Lumière and Regent Street Cinema.

Jordi Savall, together with HESPÈRION XXI will be in concert on Tuesday, 25 September at the Queen Elizabeth Hall in London's Sothbank Centre at 7.30pm. Wars of the Three Kingdoms brings to life the melodies of the 16th and 17th centuries.

Conference 'Mediating the Catalan Independence Movement'

A two-day conference organized by the Centre for Catalan Studies at Queen Mary, University of London; the Centre for Iberian and Latin American Visual Studies (CILAVS) at Birkbeck, University of London; and the Institute of Modern Languages Research (IMLR), University of London to be held at Senate House in London on 12 and 13 September 2018. This is a free event but you will need to register through Eventbrite.

Artists selected for new Catalonian & Balearic Residency Programme

Dulce DucaCia. PakiPaya Collectivo Terzo Livello and Cia. Pau Palaus have been chosen by SeaChange Arts to take part in the residency program for artists and troupes from Catalonia and the Balearic Islands. With the support of Institut d'Estudis BaleàricsInstitut Ramon Llull and Trapezi, the Catalan circus festival, they will undertake a residency from October 2018 to June 2019.
