NOIA is the solo project of music producer Gisela Fulla-Silvestre. Gisela was born and raised in Barcelona, the only daughter of her activist and intellectual parents. After finishing a degree in sound design at Berklee, she now resides in NY working with film and producing electronic music that incorporates traces of Dancehall, Tropicalia, leftfield R&B and experimental sound design.
